Core Home is made by CORE Home Technologies LLC in Grand Forks, North Dakota (“Core Home,” “we”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and who it’s shared with. Questions: support@corehomehub.com.
What we collect
- Your account: your email address, and your mobile number if you choose text alerts.
- Your home: its address and the details you enter, like year built, rooms, the things in it, warranties, reminders and notes.
- Your choices: which alerts you want, how you want them, and when you agreed to get texts.
- Basic technical data: like your browser type and when you log in, kept by our hosting providers to run the service and keep it secure.
We never ask for or store full account numbers, passwords for other services, or Social Security numbers.
How we use it
- To run Core Home: show your home, track your things and reminders, and log you in.
- To send the alerts you chose, by email or text: freeze warnings, maintenance reminders and warranties ending.
- To look up your home’s location and local weather from its address.
- To answer you when you contact us.
Who it’s shared with
We don’t sell your information. We share only what’s needed with the companies that help run Core Home:
- Supabase (database and logins) and Vercel (website hosting).
- Resend (alert emails), Google Workspace (login emails and support email) and Twilio (text messages).
- The U.S. Census Bureau and the National Weather Service, which receive your home’s address or map location to find its weather. They don’t receive your name or contact information.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect someone’s safety.
Text messages
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile number, and your agreement to get texts, are used only to send the Core Home alerts you asked for, and are not shared with anyone except Twilio, which delivers the messages. Reply STOP to any text to stop them, or turn texts off on the Alerts page.
Keeping and deleting it
We keep your information while you have an account. To delete your account and everything in it, email support@corehomehub.com from the email you log in with, and we’ll delete it within 30 days.
Keeping it safe
Your information is stored with access limited to your own account, and sent over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect it.
Children
Core Home is for adults 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we’ll update the date above and tell you by email.
